Your past does not have to control your future

Answer these questions to learn if your past may be affecting your relationship: 1. Are you arguing about the same thing all the time? 2. Is it hard for you to trust? 3. When spending time with your partner do you often get distracted with thoughts about your past? 4. Do certain things in your current relationship constantly give you anxiety? 5. Do you intentionally avoid talking to your partner about your childhood? 6. Do you have a hard time putting feelings into words when you need to express yourself? If you answered YES to EVEN ONE QUESTION, you may need support and strategies to work through those past issues that are holding you back from an emotionally healthy relationship. Many don’t realize the impact that past experiences can have on current and future relationships. As you grow older, you tell yourself that you have moved on or gotten over the hard situations that happened early on in your life. If there are issues that you have not dealt with your current relationships can suffer. For this reason, I want to help you process your past experiences in order to help you build healthy relationships. Do you ever say "I just want to be happy"? Finding your happiness is possible but first you need to understand what took it away and when it went away. My practice has a special focus in helping people identify and work through unresolved emotions that are negatively impacting romantic relationships, friendships, and family relationships. I want you to see and reach your full potential because you deserve to be happy and you deserve to have healthy interactions. I recognize that each person and each relationship is unique. My approach will be based on what works best for you. I will be honest and empathetic. I want you feel comfortable enough to share your story so we can work together to improve your future. You just have to be willing to do the work. The time is now to start doing the work. How to Contact Me: Call me at 713-489-1896 for a free 15 minute consultation.
